What we collect and why
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, organization name (optional), and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising networks. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to and complete the relevant inquiry. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to withdraw consent to its use.
